Paye were appointed as main contractor to conserve and repair the exteriors of the Grade 2 listed Blackheath Music Halls for Trinity College of Music.

The work included the conservation of the stucco frieze, terracotta decoration, brick and stone repairs and renewal of parts of the existing Westmorland slate roof and lead flashings.

The works were completed whilst the Hall was still in operation and strict working times had to be complied with to ensure that the concerts and rehearsals were not disrupted.
