SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER
Adam Keady
Adam has been an integral part of the Paye family since 2006, bringing with him a solid academic foundation — a degree in Construction Management from Leeds Metropolitan University — and an infectious enthusiasm for delivering exceptional work.
Over nearly two decades with the company, Adam has built an outstanding track record on some of the UK's most iconic and complex large-scale restoration projects. From the landmark regeneration of Battersea Power Station to the prestigious Whiteley Redevelopment, and the meticulous restoration of The Crown Estate's central London portfolio. Adam consistently leads his teams to deliver results that both clients and consultants are proud of.
A passionate advocate for the highest standards of health, safety and quality, Adam brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project — working closely with clients and consultants from first briefing to final handover to ensure their vision is realised without compromise.
Based in York, Adam champions the company's renowned restoration and conservation expertise beyond London and the Southeast, and brings the same rigour, craftsmanship and care to heritage projects across the north of England.
CONTRACTS MANAGER
Alex Towle
Alex joined Paye in 2012, bringing with him a rare combination of practical craft experience gained through a trade apprenticeship, and strong academic grounding from his degree in Construction Management at Leeds Metropolitan University. This blend of hands-on skill and technical knowledge has been a cornerstone of his professional development ever since.
Committed to deepening his expertise, Alex went on to achieve an MSc in Historic Buildings Conservation from Kingston University in 2017, studying part-time whilst progressing through the company from Assistant Site Manager to Contracts Manager — a progression that reflects both his capabilities and his dedication to the field of heritage conservation.
Alex has delivered an impressive portfolio of nationally significant conservation projects, including the Temple of Mithras, Eton College, HMS Victory, and the historic fortifications of Dover Castle, Portchester Castle and Pevensey Castle. Particularly notable is his long-standing involvement at Windsor Castle, where he has successfully delivered numerous commissions over several years — a relationship that speaks to the trust and confidence placed in him by one of the country's most prestigious clients.
Based near Hull, Alex is responsible for overseeing multiple conservation projects simultaneously, maintaining the highest standards of quality, programme and commercial control through his site delivery teams. He works in close and regular collaboration with clients and architects throughout every stage of a project — from procurement through to handover — ensuring that client objectives are clearly understood and consistently achieved.
