As part of the transformation of the central courtyard and creation of a more accessible campus, Paye were appointed to completely reconfigure the paving and hard landscaping within the central courtyard whilst maintaining access to all of the businesses, students and people using the courtyard as a route to St Guys.

The work included waterproofing, reclaim/reuse of existing granite setts, four different granites, sandstone, precast concrete and the installation on pedestals, flexible bedding designed for a vehicular loading criteria.
