Creating new sculptures for the old Smithfield Fish Market

Working with Sculptor Ivan Cudby, Paye are replacing the lost and damaged sculptures of putti riding fish over the entrances at the Smithfield Fish Market.

In addition to the putti riding fish, four entwined fish sculptures have been sculpted for the four corners of the Snow Hill corner tower.

Here we follow the creation of the clay maquette ahead of the stone carving.
