With the development of the Grade II listed former US Embassy building at 30 Grosvenor Square into The Chancery Rosewood Hotel, Paye were tasked with removing and storing the statues to President Dwight Eisenhower and President Ronald Reagan in a specialist storage facility.

The statues were then cleaned and re-waxed ready for their re-installation ahead of the opening of the hotel. To prepare for their return to Grosvenor Square, Paye masons completed some new hard landscaping and reconstruction of their individual plinths.
