Stratton House is a Grade II listed property built in 1929, on the corner of Piccadilly and Stratton Street, opposite Green Park and the Ritz Hotel.
As Principal Contractors, Paye completed the restoration and redecoration of the Stratton House facades.
The scope of works included the repair of damaged stone and brickwork caused by corrosion of the building’s steel frame in addition to redecoration of timber (including timber windows) and metalwork, renewing bird deterrents, and miscellaneous other repairs such as to asphalt coverings on balcony areas.
