3 Henrietta Street, is a Grade II listed terraced building over 4 storeys and located in the historic Covent Garden area of Central London, built in the 18th Century with later stucco dressings.

Paye were instructed to complete external façade works which comprised of mortar repairs, brick replacement and replacement of render. The façade was completed with tuck pointing, a highly specialised technique for filling joints in the brickwork to create the illusion that they are finer and more regular.

The joints were filled flush with mortar coloured to match the bricks and then scored with a narrow groove into which a thin ribbon of contrasting mortar was carefully pressed or ‘tucked’.
